We braved the queues and a spent a festive Sunday visiting Bents Garden and Home
There’s a garden centre half an hour from Liverpool that turns into a winter wonderland at this time of year and shoppers can’t get enough.
Thankfully we managed to find a parking space and headed inside, deciding to get food first before browsing the Christmas collections. Once through the door it was clear to see that Bents goes big at this time of year, with festive decorations and tasteful displays creating Instagram opportunities at every turn.
There’s a decent choice of food, including Mac n Cheese Bake, Loaded Fries, Giant Yorkshire Puddings filled with beef brisket, or pulled pork and crepes for those who fancy something sweeter. We opted for the Pork Bratwurst , topped with onions, ketchup, mustard and jalapenos.
