Frightened families watched on after a row outside of the fast food chain in East Kilbride ended in a 4x4 erratically reversing at a group of people.
A BMW was deliberately driven at a group of people after an alleged rammy outside a McDonald's in East Kilbride.
The occupants of the vehicle are understood to have been involved in an altercation with a number of people outside the fast food restaurant. Moments later the car reversed at speed into a group of men and a woman forcing them to flee for cover.The shocking video footage shows the white car erratically reversing towards a group of four people, who are standing outside the restaurant. The group can then be seen attempting to chase the vehicle as it drives away.
The driver of the BMW then speeds out of the car park. During the clip, horrified families can be heard saying: "Oh my god" and "I'm a bit scared". She said: "I saw two young men becoming quite agitated and both were pacing back and forth around the entrance."The car shot forward to get away from them but it stopped abruptly and then reversed at speed towards the group of people.
