Anne-Marie suffered from endometriosis for years and had gone to bed with some painkillers after complaining of abdominal pain
A mum who went to bed with intense period pains tragically never woke up again after dying in her sleep, her devastated sister has said.
It was such a shock that Amanda had misunderstood. She assumed the pair had been arguing, the M.E.N reports. Her partner couldn’t wake her up later in the evening - tried to administer CPR and called an ambulance but it was too late. Anne-Marie who was born in Chester but was living in Warrington had a 21-year-old daughter, Bethany.
“I’m her big sister. At 39, no one in her family should be looking at coffins. How can I sit there and pick a coffin for her? “When she was able to get out, she was still the life and soul of the party,” Amanda added. “She would still make people laugh and if she was in pain she wouldn’t leave the house.
