Amanda Barber had been working at McDonald’s when she finally got to check her phone. Three missed calls and two messages.
“For about 20 minutes, I solid cried,” Amanda told the Manchester Evening News. “I’ve never cried that hard before.Anne-Marie passed away after complaining of abdominal pain on the evening of August 18. Anne-Marie, who was born in Chester but was living in Warrington when she died, leaves behind her 21-year-old daughter, Bethany.
“I’m her big sister. At 39, no one in her family should be looking at coffins. How can I sit there and pick a coffin for her? “She was fully covered up and we could only see her face. That was the second time I solid cried so hard.”
