Anne-Marie's sister was simply told: 'She's gone'
A family is in mourning after a woman went to bed suffering period pains and never woke up. Amanda Barber had been working at McDonald's when she saw a number of missed calls and messages from her little sister Anne-Marie's partner.
“I’ve never cried that hard before. This is the worst pain and I never want to feel pain like this ever again.” Anne-Marie, who was born in Chester but was living in Warrington when she died, leaves behind her 21-year-old daughter, Bethany. Her family still don’t know how she died and they are currently awaiting the results of her post-mortem.
“I was there with my brother yesterday and her daughter. They managed to do it, but I’m never going to bring myself to do it. She shouldn’t be gone.”
