The mum of a vulnerable North Belfast woman is "terrified" that her electricity could run out as she has been unable to top up due to a keypad fault with Electric Ireland.

Speaking to Belfast Live, Jean said: "I am terrified that my daughter's electricity is going to run out because we have not been able to top it up for days. "I just hope something will be resolved soon because I am very scared as to what might happen if we cannot top up soon." "We have extended our opening times and boosted our customer care team to respond to customer enquiries.
