Repair work is taking place
A section of road has been closed in a Nottinghamshire village after works were needed to repair a gas leak. A portion of the High Street in Collingham has been closed at the traffic light junction with Station Road.
The road was closed on Friday, August 11, at around 5pm. It is expected to remain closed over the weekend whilst Cadent completes the necessary works. The road forms part of the A1133 which is a busy trade route for heavy goods vehicles. Due to the works, HGVs will need to undertake a 37-mile detour and there are diversion signs currently in place.
