Traffic reported to be at a standstill
Pictures from the scene showed at least two fire engines on the road, with traffic betweenand Newark said to be affected. Google traffic data showed the incident took place off the A617 roundabout heading towards Newark.
Congestion is stretched from the roundabout itself up to nearby Kirklington. Inrix said the accident has happened near the turn-off forOne driver affected described being "completely blocked in", saying that there was a van that has crashed on the other side of the road.
