Is there anything more glorious than a chippy tea?
Our readers have spoken and one thing is certain - you all absolutely love fish and chips. We had an incredible number of responses to our survey asking for the county's best chippy.
We asked you to name your favourite chippy in Nottinghamshire and the response was overwhelming. In fact, it prompted such a response that we have now drawn up a shortlist of the top five fish and chip shops. We're now looking for your votes once again to crown our overall winner. The shortlist is: Lady Bay Fish and Chips, West Bridgford; Rolleston Fish Bar, Arnold; Bestwood Fisheries, Arnold Road; Sea and Earth Fish and Chips, Woodthorpe and Brinsley Fish Bar, Brinsley.Our initial survey was certainly popular but it's up to you to vote for your favourite now we have our shortlist. All you need to do is select your favourite from our shortlist.
