Police Scotland were called to the scene at the Queensway car park on Sunday afternoon after it is claimed the car was being driven erratically following an alleged row.
Onlookers claim the 4x4 was driving erratically in the East Kilbride car park on Sunday afternoon, following an alleged row outside the fast food restaurant.
The incident was caught on camera by a member of the public, and horrified families can be heard uttering their concerns at what they saw, the Daily Record reports. Police were called to the scene around 2.30pm and two people were later charged and a 14-year-old reported.In a statement released yesterday, a spokesperson said: "Around 2.25pm on Sunday, September 3, Police Scotland received a report of a disturbance in the Queensway area of East Kilbride. A 37-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection with the incident, and have been released to appear at court at a later date.
"A 14-year-old male will also be reported to the relevant authorities in connection with the incident and further enquiries are ongoing."
