The Irish band are back headlining the festival for the second time on Friday, August 25
Irish rock band The Coronas are back in Belfast next week, having turned crowds of 12 fans into thousands as they take on CHSq 2023.
Danny said: "First time we played up here was around the corner in Auntie Annies - there was about 12 people there including all our crews."And I never forget I was one of those gigs, everything started going wrong and all, but we were just so happy to be up here and playing." "I remember thinking 'oh this is amazing' and it was probably our first proper show outside of Dublin that had sold out like that and it was we were like this is great, really good," he explained.
He continued: "It's the longest we've been away, so we sort of became a tight-knit group - we felt like we were playing really well and then this summer has been bigger shows, festivals and stuff so you sort of have to change the set a bit.
