said: "Road users are advised that the Shankill Road country-bound lane is currently closed following a road traffic collision near the junction with Crimea Street.The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said it received a 999 call at 12:34 on Friday, 18 August following reports of an RTC in the Shankill Road Area, Belfast.
A spokesperson added: "NIAS despatched two emergency crews to the incident. Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital by ambulance."Key Events
