Russia reportedly held elections in four regions it occupies - Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. A mix of veteran pro-Russian politicians and some locals are seeking full terms of office in the polls, which conclude on 10 September. "Russian milbloggers claimed that the commander of the 205th Separate Motorised Rifle Brigade and possibly a high-level Russian military official ordered Russian military counterintelligence to detain the three Russian milbloggers who have recently been critical of the Russian MoD," it said.
