Parks in Tollerton and Gunthorpe are for sale
Two holiday parks in Nottinghamshire are up for sale. Riverdale Park in Gunthorpe and Tollerton Park in Tollerton have both been put on the market with real estate advisor, Avison Young.
Riverdale Park is a mixed holiday and residential park with vacant pitches, covering a space of 93,218 sq ft. It has planning permission for residential and holiday touring caravans. The park is also within walking distance of the River Trent and local pubs, making it a popular location for tourists and residents in the warmer months. Similarly, Tollerton Park is a mature park home estate with consent for additional pitches.The park spans across 187,774 sq ft and the consented development of 19 new pitches has started, with the first phase of nine pitches being completed. This included one at the park entrance and eight at the rear of the site.
These 10 pitches will be in addition to the 48 developed pitches on the site. Both parks are listed as price on application.
