The Carlton and Lindum Hotels in Lytham St Annes will open as one in 2024
Famed for its colourful beach huts, historic ornate pier, ornamental garden, sandy beach and family splash park, St Annes prom is brimming with charm and character.
The huge multi-million pound project has been years in the making, with the Newcastle-based pub with rooms operator first taking over the hotels in in November 2020 and May 2021 respectively. The façade of the buildings have been stripped and re-rendered and have been completely re-roofed and with new windows installed. Internally, all steelwork modifications have been carried out, with a new lift pit, staircases, drylining and mist coating works all taking place.
