Preston crash sees car overturn in Blackpool Road
“Looks to be a minor injury – we wouldn’t add anymore,” said a spokesman for the force.
Pictures from the scene show the car on its roof with debris scattered across the road and items spilling out of an open door. There also appears to be damage to the metal safety railings next to the road which the car struck before overturning. The scene of the crash at the junction of Blackpool Road and Lea Road in Lea, Preston on Thursday, July 28
The Blackpool Road and Lea Road junction was closed for around an hour whilst police investigated and the vehicle was towed away.
