A drunken lout hurled abuse in a sunbed shop as he was unable to open his cubicle.

Peter Ross, 45, made the remarks to Francis Ann Ferguson at Hot Salon in Glasgow city centre on January 28 2023.He entered one of the tanning bed rooms and a noise was heard which concerned Miss Ferguson.Prosecutor Eilidh MacDonald said:"She asked him if he was alright through the door."He was asked to leave to which he stared shouting and swearing at her.Police attended and arrested Ross.Declan O'Keefe, defending, told the court that his client has trouble with alcohol.
