During our interview, Olivia had to quickly hang up the phone because the alarm sounded. Half an hour later, she called back. “Sorry, a fire alarm had gone off at an embassy, but it was all fine.
“It’s challenging in terms of the geography of the area. Sometimes the size of incidents and the resources we have, you know, it may take a little longer to get there,” she says.
