No wonder this ridiculous parking caused a row
A motorist left their Vauxhall facing straight forwards across the pavement in York Way, in the Meriden Estate, at around 8.30am this morning .
Having driven across double yellow lines the “selfish” woman, who appears to have had a child with her, completely blocked the footway with the bumper nearly touching a bin by a wall on the opposite side of the pavement. It left a wheelchair user unable to get by and he had to go around the back of the car into the road. He and the driver"really argued", according to a passer-by.
