The smoke bomb was let off on the top deck of the number 6 First Bus travelling down Great Western Road in Glasgow.
In the video a group of youths can be heard laughing and singing 'no pyro, no party' as yellow smoke starts to rise up from behind a seat on the bus.
The smoke continues to fill the top deck before the yob filming declares that "the bus is hot-boxed". It's understood police were immediately called to the scene after the incident on June 1. The Scottish Government recently announced a crack down on pyrotechnics in Scottish football as they launched a the new Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles Act 2022, which provides police with extra powers amid a rise in fans using the devices.
