Shortly before officers arrived, two men wearing balaclavas were seen fleeing the scene of a crash - with one believed to be injured.

A balaclava wearing e-biker fled the scene of a collision on the back of his pal's bike after what appeared to be a heated confrontation with paramedics.

Shortly before officers arrived, two men wearing balaclavas were seen fleeing the scene of the crash - with one believed to be injured. A mangled E-bike can be seen lying on the road with a bent wheel, next to a white van. It is understood one of the bikers collided with the van before fleeing the scene.
