Every sneaker blessed with the Bembury touch
Just one year after joining Yeezy, Bembury was poached by Donatella Versace, joining her Italian fashion house as head designer of sneakers and working his way up to senior director of sneakers and men’s footwear. Both sneakerheads and high fashion fiends were pleasantly surprised by Bembury’s work at Versace – his bold, youthful, Instagrammable designs allowed the luxury label to tap into the hype market like never before.
Towards the end of 2020, Bembury departed from Versace to pursue a slew of projects, including establishing his own label, , and collaborating with the likes of Crocs, Vans and New Balance. Below we run through Bembury’s back catalogue, spotlighting every trainer to boast his moniker thus far.
