Taking to Instagram to celebrate their son's special day, both Victoria and David posted sweet snaps and footage of the family's wholesome dinner date, which included a serenade from the entire restaurant.Victoria snapped a sweet father-son shot as the family enjoyed their meal out. By the looks of things, David kept his attire casual, donning a plain grey T-shirt, while Romeo spiced things up a bit with a white tee beneath a gold and black animal print shirt.
