Posh Spice banned eye contact whilst she appeared on Top of the Pops in 2000 as part of her solo career launch, according to former host Gail Porter
Victoria Beckham was apparently known for her diva antics at the height of the Spice Girls' fame and, according to one Scots star, she once left the crew and fellow performers at Top of the Pops feeling 'super awkward'.
At the time, they were releasing their new duet 'Out of Your Mind' which marked Victoria's first independent material after the Spice Girls' break up. "We were all sitting in the makeup room, watching on the monitor, going, 'They’re still there'," Gail continued. "The cameraman was like, 'I’m not moving, this is too funny'. I said, 'That’s mean'. He said: 'It’s hilarious'.”
It has previously been revealed that the glamorous mum-of-four is 'petrified' of performing due to her terrible stage fright, according to bandmate Mel C.
