Footage shows the Russian president at a concert dedicated to the anniversary of Soviet troops’ victory in the Battle of Kursk during World War II. Another video showed him shaking hands with people attending the ceremony – all the while the business jet with 10 people on board plunged to the ground 60 miles northwest of Moscow.
As the news about the crash broke, Putin was seen smiling and going about his business as nothing had happened.
