TV presenter Phil Spencer has broken his silence after both of his elderly parents were killed in a car crash on Friday.
His parents were both suffering from illnesses - his mother had Parkinson's and his father had dementia. "Although they were both on extremely good form in the days before , Mums Parkinson's and Dads Dementia had been worsening and the long term future was set to be a challenge.
