The Location Location Location presenter's elderly parents were both killed in the accident.
The Location, Location, Location host's dad Richard, 89, and mum Anne, 82, both sadly passed away on Friday lunchtime when their car careered into a river.
Following the incident, emergency services including an air ambulance attended the scene. They were pulled from the car and taken to hospital but sadly Richard was pronounced dead and Anne died later. A female, in her 60s, was also in the car and suffered minor injuries. A close friend of the couple have also described them as a "lovely family" and the news has been "an absolute shock".
