Townsley told the OAP he would carry out roof repairs and persuaded her to give him access to her bank account. Mark Townsley and James Burns, 39, of Union Street, Larkhall, admitted charges of assault and threatening or abusive behaviour after an incident in Wellhall Road, Hamilton, on September 1.
