Don't let the weather spoil a good walk
This week's suggested walk takes us to another of Lancashire's lesser known villages and one which stands in the shadow of a much bigger resort.
Importantly, it is fully paved, making it friendly to those in wheelchairs. As one reviewing visitor wrote: "This wetlands reserve is brilliant for people in a wheelchair. If you want to spend time peacefully watching birds the hides are accessible for those in a wheelchair"
