The Malletsheugh opens at the end of August!
A famous landmark spot on the outskirts in Glasgow is set to return after a massive refurbishment under new owners who say they are determined to not only return it to its former glory but eclipse them when they relaunch at the end of August.
The Birk family will bring together their skills and expertise to transform the jaded venue into what they say will be a stunning multi-purpose venue with a huge main restaurant, separate bar and private dining and function spaces to follow later. Pav Birk, who is overseeing the refurb and design of the venue’s new look and layout, said: “This is about our family welcoming your family, offering our hospitality and providing the very best food and drink at reasonable prices.
