Lanarkshire MSP Clare Adamson has hailed the efforts of organisations across Scotland who are supporting people with drug problems.

Ms Adamson said: “Drug problems affect people and families across the country. Drug deaths are a public health emergency. And we should meet this emergency with a public health response. “Stigma, criminalisation, and marginalisation have not helped those people and families that have suffered due to drug problems.
