Moor Hall restaurant 'over the moon' to retain best in the UK title
Chef Mark Birchall opened the venue in 2016 and within only two years, built Moor Head to receive two Michelin stars and pave its own path in the industry as one of the country's finest establishments.
The beautiful glass-fronted restaurant has an open kitchen as well as a walk-in cheese room, where diners are encouraged to visit to make their selection. Moor Head also makes its own charcuterie in-house and uses honey from its five beehives located within its verdant grounds.
