Frawley has secured a deal with the former Super League champions, becoming their third signing for 2024.
Leeds Rhinos have confirmed the signing of Australian halfback Matt Frawley. As first revealed by Rugby League Live, the Canberra Raiders playmaker will make the move to Headingley in 2024 after signing a two-year contract.
Frawley has previously played in Super League for Huddersfield Giants and having previously experienced life around West Yorkshire, he's ready to embrace the challenge with both hands. "I am an experienced player now and an organising half and I know that is what Rohan is looking for, to get our team around the park. I know the club has a crop of exciting young players and I want to help those guys come through as well as my own goals for my time at the club.
Frawley will act as a replacement to Aidan Sezer, who heads to the NRL next year to join Wests Tigers. Coach Rohan Smith believes he returns to Super League as a better player.
