The bikers stole his wallet and phone
Northamptonshire Police are hunting for a gang of motorcyclists after they attacked and mugged a man in Northampton last weekend. They are appealing for witnesses to help with their investigations.
The incident occurred between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday, October 9, at the Riverside slip road on the A45 westbound, near Weston Favell. A large group of motorcyclists were gathered in the area displaying antisocial behaviour, according to Northants Police. A man then got out of his vehicle to confront the bikers about their behaviour. They replied by attacking him and stealing his wallet and phone.Northants Police believe the gang travelled from the A6 in Rushden to the Riverside slip road. Following the incident, they believe they travelled towards the M1.
Officers are now asking anyone with any dashcam footage or anyone who saw them to get in touch.
