Major road through Lancaster still closed hours after car crashes into buildings causing 'significant damage'
The incident took place on Hornby Road, in Claughton, at around 8.30pm on Sunday . A car crashed into two buildings on the road.
The road closure remains in place and is affecting traffic between Lancaster and Ingleton. Road users and members of the public are being urged to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
