A number of customers have made the same complaint
Marks and Spencer has issued an update after its huge new store opened in Liverpool ONE earlier this month.
The move has proven a success, though there has been a common complaint from shoppers who have visited the huge new store.Many shoppers have bemoaned the size of the café, which is smaller than the one that was inside the Church Street store, while others would prefer if there was more than one toilet. Customers are reporting they have been told to use the Liverpool ONE toilets outside the store.
