Saudian Arabian side Al-Ittihad are said to have 'reignited' their interest in Liverpool star Mohamed Salah

Liverpool fans have been reacting to fresh reports of interest in star man Mohamed Salah from Saudi Arabia.

This afternoon, David Ornstein of the Athletic wrote an update which said: "Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad have reignited their interest in Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah. Others have a theory that the story could even tie in to the next opponent for the Reds - Newcastle United away on Sunday, a club effectively owned by the Saudi state.@MattHalliburton: Liverpool face Saudi owned Newcastle this weekend and a Saudi team tries to unsettle him. *Pretends to be shocked* @BackseatsmanLFC: There's just no way we can possibly sanction this deal. I don't care if he wants to go. It just can't happen. The owners have to know what the response would be if an offer is even entertained.
