Lincoln care home remains in special measures
A care home in Lincoln has been rated as ‘inadequate’ for a second time by CQC and remains in special measures.
It apologised to residents and their families, saying it has been working closely with the county council to make improvements. The report highlighted that multiple incidents of alleged self-neglect, physical and verbal abuse had not been recorded or reported. However, CQC did note that there had been some improvement to the service design and decoration after concerns were raised at the last inspection.'Driving forward improvements'
