Manchester City have been linked with a move for the attacker with Pep Guardiola keen to replace Riyad Mahrez.
RB Leipzig winger Dani Olmo has poured cold water on speculation linking him with a move to Manchester City, insisting he is happy with the German side.
Mahrez's exit has left a hole in the City squad, with Guardiola eyeing multiple options to replace him. Links with Olmo surfaced earlier this week, but the 25-year-old insists there is 'nothing' to the speculation and that he is happy at Leipzig. City have already done business with Leipzig this summer, agreeing a £77.5million deal for defender Josko Gvardiol. The German side have lost countless players to the Premier League in recent years and manager Marco Rose gave a blunt response when asked about the rumours again last week.
“We lost many players in the end I need a team to play football with. As far as Olmo to City goes, I could say ‘never ever’ but I won’t say it.”
