Kerry Katona dealt with by Manchester courts following driving offence conviction
Popstar and TV personality Kerry Katona has been called before Magistrates for driving offences after being handed penalty points.
Today Katona was expected to attend Manchester Magistrates’ Courts to make an application for a statutory declaration. However, she didn’t attend and the application was dismissed.It was previously reported that under the Single Justice Procedure, it was proved that Katona failed to give information in August 2018 relating to the identification of the driver of a Nissan X-Trail who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Ripley.
