The days of self-driving cars may be here sooner than you think
Some words have gained new meaning in the 21st century , but the dictionary definition of the car hasn’t changed at all over the past 100 years. It’s still ‘a multi-track motor vehicle used for the transport of persons or freight’. And if you ask young children to draw a car, nine out of 10 times they’ll draw a small box above another small box, two circles at the front and two at the back, and it’s universally recognisable.
