A thug who pried his lover's phone from her grasp and called her a name was jailed today for nine months.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard the pair were together for two years prior to the incident.He said:"I pay for f***ing everything, you are an ugly c***, you are an ugly cow."The argument continued as Miss Craig phoned her friend who was able to hear Reston shout and swear."Reston managed to get her phone and hung up."Miss Craig was reported as being"distressed and upset.
She added:"Unfortunately the victim is now deceased and the Crown will not be seeking a non-harassment order." Sheriff Matthew Jackson KC told Reston, who appeared from custody, that it was serious matter due to his previous convictions which include domestic offending."I don't see this stopping until you see why you are behaving in this way.
