The Apprentice winner cheekily warns Frank Warren as she prepares to make her boxing mark
“I actually met Frank Warren at a party the other night, shook his hand, and said I was coming for him,” she said.“He was very lovely, very respectful and very encouraging. He said ‘do it’. I think it’s in boxer’s nature to encourage competition.”
Women’s boxing has come a long way in recent years having only been allowed at the Olympics since 2012.Last year, Claressa Shields and Savannah Marshall headlined an all-women card at The O2 Arena.However, women still remain underrepresented when it comes to the business side of the sport. She added: “I’ve been seeing that. I think I might quite like that challenge. If you can take on Lord Sugar, sit face to face with that man who has so much presence, look him in his eyes and tell him I will be his business partner, then you can take on anything.”
