A Govan charity is 'over the moon' after being shortlisted for a prestigious award.
Men's Shed Govan, a place for retired, unemployed or unfit-for-work men to have a focus and purpose again, is just one of three up for the Scottish Men's Shed of the Year Award.are making to people's lives and the community.Sarah Everett, 54, funding manager of Men’s Shed Govan, said:"We are totally delighted.A visit from a Scottish Men's Shed Association development officer pushed Men's Shed Govan to put their names in the hat.
