The Big LEGO Toy Event will take place in all Smyths Toys stores this Saturday with free mini sets up for grabs alongside building demonstrations and activities.
Glasgow's LEGO-lovers can get their hands on a free mini set and have loads of building fun at a special event this weekend. The UK-wide Smyths Toys Superstores event will celebrate the much-loved classic toy brand and will take place on Saturday, October 21.
Visitors to the stores will be treated to in-store building demonstrations with the chance for little ones to build their own 'Dream City' using mini sets provided. The event runs from 9am on Saturday, and while stocks last, children can also get one mini LEGO gift each when they pop into their local Smyths store.
Smyths has plenty of stores in and around Glasgow, including at the Fort, The Pheonix Retail Park Paisley and the Kilbowie Retail Park in Clydebank. Further out, there is also a Smyths at the Queen's Drive Retail Park in Kilmarnock. LEGO fans can enjoy choosing from a range of different free mini sets on the day, with themes including NINJAGO, City, Dreamzz, Friends and Harry Potter. Smyths has also slashed prices on several LEGO sets online, including Marvel, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones-themed sets with some exclusive to the store - you can shop the selection of special offers here.
