Cost of living crisis sees professional menders growing in popularity as Scots opt to fix rather than replace cherished items - which is good for the planet.

Sex toys, electric shock machines, a tuba and a computer from a hay baler are among the items Scots have sent into repair shops in recent years amid the cost of living crisis.
