And former Uruguay striker Forlan is sure he will continue to improve
A tricky start to life at Anfield saw a three-game suspension for a headbutt, as well as a struggle for goals, but in recent months he’s found regular minutes,The 23-year-old has seven goals and an assist in his last ten games, and is beginning to lookUruguayan legend Forlan didn’t have such luck during his stint in England as he failed to make a lasting impact at Manchester United.
However, the 2010 World Cup top scorer knows plenty about scoring goals with an impressive two European Golden shoe awards, and is confident that Nunez can start a run of his own. “I think he’s been good,” Forlan told talkSPORT. “I think maybe everybody was expecting more goals or maybe because of the amount of money they paid for him but I think he’s really good.
“He’s been scoring goals, he’s playing. It’s difficult, now also the team is struggling a little bit because in the Premier League they’re not doing the way they were doing the last couple of years.
