The unnamed men were out on a small boat called the Crig A Tana when they got into some distress off Lizard Point – and had to abandon ship.A lifeboat crew from Lizard Point was then dispatched at just after 12.30pm on Saturday and after spotting a red flare, found the two men.The vessel, from Cadgwith, sent its distress signal around six nautical miles south-east from the southern tip of the Lizard Peninsula.
