The charity offers peer support and wellness groups, suicide prevention talks and attend mental health wards to help improve existing services.

Ann Jones, 51, manager of The Mental Health Network Glasgow, said:"We were recently successful after applying and winning Hub West Scotland's 'Helping Hands' 2022 Project, which involves putting money into local communities and charities to support them. Ann added:"It's just amazing and we’re overwhelmed. We never for one minute thought we would get this."Ann said some have found it a more 'friendly and welcoming' place, whilst some have even found the area to calm them more, something their members 'deserve'.
