Officers are now appealing for witnesses
A high-speed police chase in Northamptonshire ended with a suspect fleeing their crashed car. The driver failed to stop for officers as they looked to evade police.
The chase continued along Beanfield Avenue, Cottingham Road and Westcott Way towards Oakley Road. The pursuit continued onto Gainsborough Road and then into Blake Road, where the Lexus eventually collided with a telegraph pole in Turner Road.The driver of the vehicle then abandoned the car and fled towards Sutherland Road. Northamptonshire Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to come forward.
